At i³ International we are committed to supporting our Dealers and End Users by providing a range of training opportunities to suit a variety of needs, schedules and budgets. Consider all the training options available and pick the one most suitable for your business’ current training needs.
Three training location options are available:

In-house: i3 International Inc. Head Office, Toronto, ON, Canada
- In-house training is provided FREE of charge to the i3 International registered Dealers and End Users. Minimum attendance is required for the training session to be scheduled.

Deposit Fee: A refundable deposit amount for i³ Dealer Training is $250 per student. This amount will be refunded to you provided you will attend the class or cancel your application at least 7 days prior to the scheduled class date. Forms with unfilled Deposit Fee information will not be accepted. All personal checks and money orders should arrive to i³ Head Office at least 7 business days prior to the scheduled class date (please consult the schedule below). - Fax the completed Registration Form to 416.261.8406 to the attention of Olga Skelly

On-line: i3 International Inc. offers free online training to registered Dealers and End Users.

Note:
Certified Technician Training is not available through this training method.
i3 On-line training is provided FREE of charge to the i3 International registered Dealers and End Users. Your staff can complete this training at their own pace and at the time best suited to them.

You must provide a valid email address and company information to be approved for the Online Training. - All new accounts will be activated within 2 business days. Await the activation email before proceeding with your training.
Note: One-account-per-user, one-user-per-account policy applies.

On-site: i3 Trainer will travel to train your staff at your facility or a pre-arranged training location (i.e. ADI location or a hotel).

Cost of the Training: Please note that the cost of the on-site training includes the daily training rate (US$750 / CAN$750 per day of training) as well as trainer’s travel expenses (flight/gas/car rental/accommodations/etc.).

Three training courses are available based on the attendee’s proficiency and goals:

End User Training (available in-house, on-site and on-line)
As our customer base continues to increase over the years, we want to make sure our customers (End Users, Store Managers) are comfortable using their video management equipment to its full capabilities. The End User training course is intended to train end users in the proficient use of our software. At the end of the lesson, users will be able to effectively use the essential features of our systems. This course is available In-house, On-line and On-site. Please see the booking instructions above for your preferred training method. Students are awarded an i³ End User Certificate is issued upon successful completion of the course.

i3 Dealer Certification Training (available in-house, on-site and on-line)
Every i3 Dealer is strongly encouraged to complete this certification course. Upon successful completion of this 2-day course, the i3 Dealer is permitted to perform simple repairs such as adding/replacing a hard drive without voiding the unit’s warranty. Personalized i3 Certified Dealer Certificate is issued upon successful completion of the course. The certificate is valid for 2 calendar years and is non-transferrable.

Certified Technician Training (available in-house and on-site)
This 2-day training is best suited for the experienced technicians looking to perform more complex repairs on the DVMS system, such as changing a power supply or a video card without voiding the unit’s warranty. Personalized i3 Certified Technician Certificate is issued upon successful completion of the course. The certificate is valid for 2 calendar years and is non-transferrable.
