Description

i³ International’s innovative power supply, the UN2416, is designed for convenience and easy installation. Equipped with 16 camera inputs and functioning as video and power in one, the UN2416 simplistic design is intended for better wire management and organization. Utilizing CAT-5e, each camera can received 24AC power, video over unshielded twisted pair (UTP), and RS-485 for communication. Also, the UN2416 accepts 16 of RJ45 connections from 16 analog cameras. When switching to an IP solution in the future, your wire infrastructure is ready without any added cost!

With speed and simplicity in mind, the UN2416 will convert 16 analog camera UTP signals to regular video cable using BNC connections. However, when using any one of our i³ International hybrid servers, the UN2416 simply connects with one cable, the DB25. The UN2416 produces a generous 16 AMP for your 16 camera system. Each power output is equipped with one PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) resettable fuse, giving your camera the utmost security from unforeseeable power surges. Also as an added protection, the UN2416 comes with two global fuses; one for each 8 camera input. The UN2416 is built for all i³ international UTP camera lines making it the top choice of technicians!
